Technical requirements for the erection and installation of bridge cranes

1. The displacement sensor is mainly used in the intelligent control of imitation quantity in the production line of automatic equipment. Generally speaking, the plastic packaging material enterprises of large equipment should make an inventory of the aspects that should be improved. This type of crane weighs about 1~20 tons, so the erection work should be carried out by the professional unit with installation certificate

2. Before the crane is erected, the installation quality must be checked strictly according to the following technical requirements for track installation (Figure 6), and the actual measurement results must be recorded on the "equipment file card"

(1) the joints of the track can be divided into straight joints or 45 degree inclined joints. The inclined joints can make the crane wheels transition smoothly at the grounding point. Generally, the gap of the joints is 1~2 mm. At the ends of the two tracks (four in total), strong stops with significant conjugate effect are installed to prevent the crane from derailing at both ends, resulting in serious accidents such as crane crash from high altitude

(2) the lateral displacement or uneven error of the two tracks at the grounding point shall not be greater than 1mm. The strength and wear resistance shall be increased through appropriate heat treatment processes such as quenching and tempering, carburization and quenching Sometimes, special steel is inlaid at the jaw, or gold steel sand is sprayed on the jaw surface (suitable for clamping hard metal materials.

(3) two parallel tracks. On the same section in the span direction, the height error h of the track shall not exceed 10mm at the column and 10mm at other places

(4) on the track surface on the same side, the error between the elevation between two columns and the elevation between adjacent columns shall not exceed b/1500 (B is the column spacing, in mm), but the maximum error shall not exceed 10 mm

(5) the error of track span, track center and rail bearing beam center, and track straightness shall not exceed the provisions of (table)
